Assessment of Needs:

On-site assessment of interior and exterior; photographing and taking measurements of space and discussion with homeowner/realtor about staging needs.

Written Plan:

A detailed plan is provided outlining furnishings and accessories, timeline and pricing.

Hands-On Staging:

Plan implemented by Home Staging Team with the following options:

Use of new furniture and accessories that have a broad appeal.
Use of owner's furniture and accessories.
Assistance with de-cluttering and storing personal items which allows the buyer to envision their personalization of the home.
Coordination of rental furniture if necessary.

Furnishing costs:

Home under 2000 square feet: $225
Home under 3000 square feet: $275
Home under 4000 square feet: $325

Cost of Staging: $75 per hour for two person staging team.

Furnishing Costs: Purchase of new or of rental furniture and accessories varies depending on home size and needs.

Interior Re-Design:

We will meet with you to discuss your wishes for re-designing your space. We will work with your style and provide hands on re-decorating. This service can be provided with your furniture and accessories or with new items.
