Staging Services
Assessment of Needs:
On-site assessment of interior and exterior; photographing and taking measurements of space and discussion with homeowner/realtor about staging needs.
Written Plan:
A detailed plan is provided outlining furnishings and accessories, timeline and pricing.
Hands-On Staging:
Plan implemented by Home Staging Team with the following options:
- Use of new furniture and accessories that have a broad appeal.
- Use of owner's furniture and accessories.
- Assistance with de-cluttering and storing personal items which allows the buyer to envision their personalization of the home.
- Coordination of rental furniture if necessary.
Cost of Staging: A per-hour or per-job quote will be provided.

We will meet with you to discuss your wishes for re-designing your space. We will work with your style and provide hands on re-decorating. This service can be provided with your furniture and accessories or with new items.
